• Shelf life: For optimal taste, refrigerate the cake immediately upon pick-up. The exception is the Ohagi and the Ohagi cake base, which should be stored in a cool, dry place but not in the refrigerator. Our products are freshly made daily without preservatives or additives. We recommend consuming the Ohagi and the Ohagi base within the same day, and the cake within 2 days for the best experience.
